We received our 171H yesterday in the mail. A friend saw us soon afterwards, and she said it looked like we had just won a million dollars. I told her it was even better then that!
Now we just have to send it in with the rest of our notarized paperwork to Harrisburg to be apostilled. While that is out, we are going to get our picture pages done and get all our other papers for the dossier ready to go. It is so exciting that we are finally moving forward in the process.
It's so funny because I feel like we are rushing around to get things done just to wait for three years, but everyday that we save by rushing is one less day that we have to wait for our precious little one to come home.
